We don’t charge an hourly rate, nor do we expect an upfront payment. BCS Staffing only charges an industry-low fee when placements have been successful. That means we don’t ask for compensation until the placement is one hundred percent successful.

For companies who need to hire on a case by case basis, we offer short-term or permanent placement. This service is for companies that do not want a 6 month or year-long contract, but would rather hire us on a case-by-case basis.
